Reservation, Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. Reservations Required

All transportation services provided by Kingdom Chauffeur LLC are pre-arranged and reservation-only.
We do not accept street hails or on-demand pickups.
Reservations may be made through our website, booking platform, phone, or text confirmation.

2. Payment Authorization

By booking with Kingdom Chauffeur LLC, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your card for:

Trip fare
Approved add-ons (wait time, extra stops, tolls/parking when applicable)
Cleaning or damage fees (if necessary)
No-show or late cancellation charges

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are handled securely through third-party processors.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Airport Reservations (DFW, Love Field, Private Aviation)

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 4 hours prior to pick up time.

Cancellations inside 4 hours may be charged up to 100% of the trip fare.
All Other Reservations (Point-to-Point, Hourly, Events, Corporate)
Cancellations or reschedules must be made 12–24 hours prior to pick up time.

Cancellations inside this window may be charged up to 100% of the trip fare.
Because chauffeur services reserve vehicle time exclusively for you, late cancellations prevent us from rebooking that time.

4. No-Show Policy

A reservation may be considered a No-Show if:

The passenger does not arrive within the grace period
The passenger cannot be reached by phone/text
No communication is received during the wait window
No-Shows are charged 100% of the trip fare, plus any applicable wait time or airport parking fees.

5. Wait Time & Grace Periods

Standard Pickups: We include a 15-minute complimentary grace period for all standard pickups.

After 15 minutes, wait time is billed at:

$20 per 15-minute increment
Airport Pickups: We include a 20-minute complimentary grace period after flight arrival or scheduled pickup time.

After 20 minutes, wait time is billed as follows:

$1 per minute for the next 10 minutes
$2 per minute after 30 minutes total wait time
Airport pickups may also include parking fees as applicable.

6. Cleaning, Damage & Smoking Fees

To maintain a luxury environment, passengers agree to respect the vehicle. A cleaning fee will apply for:

Spills
Excessive mess
Vomiting or bodily fluids
Smoke or vape odor
Damage to interior/exterior
Minimum cleaning fee: $250, with additional charges up to full repair or remediation cost.

7. Extra Stops, Changes & Trip Extensions

Any stops not included in the original booking may result in additional charges.
Hourly trips that exceed the reserved time will be billed accordingly.

8. Lost Items

Kingdom Chauffeur LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will make reasonable efforts to return items if found. A return delivery fee may apply.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Processing fees, late cancellation fees, and third-party charges may be nonrefundable.

Chauffeured Transportation Services

Kingdom Chauffeur LLC provides luxury pre-arranged chauffeured transportation throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

Provide accurate reservation details
Follow driver safety instructions
Treat the vehicle respectfully
Refrain from illegal activity, smoking, or disruptive conduct

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if safety is compromised.

Service Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Traffic accidents
Severe weather
Road closures
Flight delays
Emergencies or events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Kingdom Chauffeur LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to service interruptions or delays.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website.
